more
about igloo...
Based in
London, Ruth Gibson and Bruno Martelli work together as igloo. Their practice examines figure
and landscape and the relationship between natural and the artificial,
transposing sites to create ambiguous topographies. They create environments,
installations and performances using a wide variety of media including print,
video, and computer games. Their first work together won them a BAFTA nomination and their work has
featured in numerous exhibitions and festivals including the 52nd Venice
Biennale.
